HOW TO HEALTH

Based on all my research so far…. this seems to be a simple and effective list for 80%+ of total optimal health:

  • LISTEN
  • IN NATURE
  • FOOD IS REAL (wilder, fresher)
  • MEASURE BLOOD SUGAR (and adjust foods accordingly)
  • SLEEP (circadian rhythm, sleep surface, space temperature, light/sound pollution)
  • PLAY (dance, twist, jump, catch, laugh, giggle, duck, crawl, climb, throw, avoid, attack, etc.)
  • WITNESS
  • WORK/STRUGGLE (test physical, mental, emotional limits – with purpose)
  • LAUGH
  • SLOW AND SMOOTH > HURRIED AND RUSHED
  • SERVICE
  • SEE
  • All lead by – “WHAT WOULD LOVE DO?”
